By downloading, installing, or using DroidPass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.

2. Description of Service

DroidPass is a password management application that allows users to securely store and manage their passwords and sensitive information. The service includes:

  • Secure password storage and encryption
  • Password generation tools
  • Biometric authentication support

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of DroidPass, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our service
  • Maintain the security of your master password
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activities

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master password and any other credentials associated with your use of DroidPass. We cannot recover your master password if you lose it, as we implement zero-knowledge encryption for your security.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DroidPass, you agree to our collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may occasionally need to suspend access to the service for maintenance or upgrades.

7. Intellectual Property

DroidPass and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DroidPass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroidPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the service

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it directly from the app settings or by submitting a request through our Account Deletion page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
